1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, role, and settings. We also collect workspace content that users submit or manage in ContentPilot, including article drafts, review notes, site configuration, uploaded assets, and publishing metadata.
When you connect third-party services such as Stripe, Framer, Sanity, email providers, or storage providers, we collect and store the information needed to operate those integrations, including identifiers, configuration details, and encrypted credentials or tokens where applicable.
2. Billing and Payment Information
ContentPilot uses payment processors such as Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not intentionally store full card numbers, bank account numbers, or card security codes on ContentPilot servers. Payment details are submitted directly to the payment processor, and ContentPilot stores transaction identifiers, subscription status, billing interval, plan, amount, and related audit records.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the service, manage accounts and workspaces, process subscription billing, operate publishing and storage integrations, provide customer support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve ContentPilot.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate ContentPilot. These providers may include authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, storage, AI, and publishing integration vendors. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. ContentPilot only requests integration permissions needed for the features you enable, such as processing payments, syncing content, or publishing approved articles.
6. Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Integration secrets and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain audit records.
7. Your Choices
You may update account and workspace information through ContentPilot where available. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, security, or accounting purposes.
8. Children
ContentPilot is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
